My client is growing — I’m looking for an ambitious Technical Team Leader to help lead the delivery of multiple cladding remediation projects for a portfolio of longstanding clients. They will consider either a UK registered Architect (ideally) or Senior Technologist for this role. This is a senior, hands-on role offering real responsibility, influence, and progression. You’ll be managing an established internal technical team while working closely with the Director, who will actively support you in developing and growing the department.
The Role
- Lead and manage an internal technical team
- Deliver multiple projects across several key clients
- Work across RIBA Stages 4, 5 & 6
- Act as a key technical and leadership voice within the practice
