This high end residential design practice is looking for a talented and experienced Mid Weight Interior Designer in their West London studio. This practice offers design services from concept through to technical design and works on site. They have a number of high profile projects in the United Kingdom and around the world including Asia, Middle East and Europe.
Working closely with Architects and wider design teams, they design interiors that complement the architectural design and exceed client expectations. They are a really friendly team who support each other in projects.
The successful candidate must have an interest in residential interiors and already have a working knowledge of the different design stages. Experience of designing is essential and a high end knowledge of FF&E design and Autocad skills. This role will see you assisting with the development of ideas, the production of drawings, documentation and FF&E schedules.
Candidates must have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Minimum 4 yearsβ experience in an interior design role
- Interior Design degree level qualification
- Proficient user of Autocad
- Proficient in Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop & Microsoft Office including Excel
- An eye for sketching would be advantageous
- Highly organised with a flair for design and creativity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well in a team
