We are working with a dynamic and growing architecture studio in South London, where we’ve successfully placed candidates in the past. This close-knit team is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join them on an exciting commercial office retrofit project. Role Overview:
The Project Architect will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of a new commercial office retrofit project. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Vectorworks, particularly in 2D and ideally 3D, and will bring recent experience in office/workplace design, with a preference for candidates who have worked on retrofit projects.
Essential Requirements:
- Proficient in Vectorworks (2D and ideally 3D).
- Recent, hands-on experience in office/workplace design (preferably retrofit).
- Strong understanding of building regulations and project delivery processes.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the studio (9am – 6pm).
- Available to start within 4 weeks (ideally sooner).
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: £45-55k (potentially higher for the right candidate).

Please Note: This position is not suitable for Part 2 candidates or those with predominantly residential experience. Only experienced Project Architects with the specified skill set will be considered.
