The Role As the Principal Architect for the north west office, you will lead conceptual design teams from the front delivering sustainable, cost-effective solutions while engaging directly with clients and managing technical design aspects.

Main Responsibilities Engage directly with clients and manage technical design aspects.
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to drive project delivery.

Required Qualifications Registered Architect (ARB/RIBA or equivalent).
Required Skills Strong management, leadership and coordination skills.
Proven track record/experience working on complex, high-tech industrial-led projects.
Proven all-rounder Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up/Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ethical, self-motivated, and committed to quality and safety.
Preferred Skills Experience in the Life Sciences sector.
