A mid-sized, highly regarded hospitality design studio based in London is looking for an exceptional Creative Interior Design Director to lead their creative vision as they continue to deliver award-winning luxury projects around the world. The studio specialises in 5-star hotels, resorts and high-end hospitality environments, working with leading global brands and independent clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. Design quality, narrative and craft sit at the heart of everything we do.

Role

As Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for setting and championing the creative direction of the studio, leading projects from concept to delivery, and inspiring a talented team of designers. You will:

  • Define and drive the creative vision across multiple international hospitality projects
  • Lead concept development, storytelling and design strategy
  • Act as a creative figurehead in client presentations and workshops
  • Mentor and inspire a close-knit design team including a number of Associates
  • Ensure design excellence, innovation and consistency across all outputs

About You

You’re an experienced hospitality design leader with a strong global portfolio and a refined creative eye. You’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in luxury hospitality / hotel design
  • A proven track record leading high-profile, 5-star projects
  • Strong concept development and narrative skills
  • Confidence presenting to senior clients and stakeholders
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent taste, attention to detail and commercial awareness
