Our client is a globally recognised design consultancy specialising in the creation and delivery of innovative retail and food & beverage environments for some of the world's most iconic brands. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their London team, supporting the delivery of high-profile projects across multiple markets.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a design-led project professional with a strong background in restaurant, retail and F&B environments. Working closely with internal design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing projects from concept through to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring design intent is maintained while managing programme requirements, stakeholder communication, and project coordination across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate retail and F&B design projects from concept through construction documentation.
- Support the delivery of international projects and other hospitality-focused schemes.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, design teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and design coordination activities.
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate technical drawing packages and project documentation.
- Support design reviews and facilitate efficient project communication.
About You
- Proven experience within a Senior Interior Designer, Design Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong background delivering restaurant, hospitality, or retail F&B concepts.
- Experience working within a design consultancy, architecture practice, or branded environments sector.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to review design documentation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
