We are a small, established international interior design practice based in the heart of Central London. Our work spans luxury residential and hospitality projects across the globe, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional design in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Our client is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business and support our continued growth. This is a varied, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working across operations, people management and business administration within a creative environment.

You will oversee business operations, HR, payroll, office management and administrative functions, while helping to develop systems and processes that enable the team to perform at their best.

  • Oversee payroll, employee benefits and HR administration.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance review processes and staff development.
  • Oversee office administration, facilities and supplier relationships.
  • Manage contracts, insurance, company documentation and operational policies.
  • Support financial administration alongside external accountants.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and professional office culture.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR best practice.

Experience managing office administration and business operations.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Experience working within an architecture, interior design or other creative professional services environment. Mandarin language skills would be a distinct advantage.

A beautiful Central London office with excellent transport links and an easy commute.

Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).

Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
