  • Organising flights, accommodation, itineraries and detailed travel schedules

  • Working closely with the HR team on people-related administration and office matters including annual leave
  • Supporting the production of marketing presentations, packs and company materials
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite confidently for basic document and presentation preparation
  • Conducting market research and gathering information to support business development and marketing activity
  • Assisting with meetings, events and office initiatives
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Maintaining a polished, professional and welcoming open-plan studio environment
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience within a design, architecture, interiors, creative or similarly design-led environment. Industry experience is essential for this position. You will ideally have:

  • Strong Office Management and/or Executive Assistant experience
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership, ideally a CEO or MD
  • Excellent international travel booking experience
  • Strong knowledge of visas and international travel requirements
  • Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly for presentations and marketing materials
  • Experience creating or supporting the production of marketing packs

  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence and maturity to work with senior stakeholders
  • A genuine interest in design and the creative industries

You will be joining a global design practice with an international outlook and a collaborative, creative culture. The London studio is an open-plan, Central London office, and this is a full-time, office-based position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Manager who wants a broad, influential role combining office management, executive support, travel, marketing and research within a highly regarded global design environment.
