The predicted salary is between 40 - 50 £ per hour.
This globally renowned design practice of over 200 people urgently needs additional support from an experienced contract/freelance internal business facing Project Manager or Design Manager with an architectural background to work within the design management team supporting large scale complex stadium and sporting arena projects for 6 months with likely extensions.
Successful Project Managers or Design Managers will be quickly integrated into the design management team to assist with cost management, billing, forecasting, and resourcing needs.
White Space Recruitment would like to hear from experienced Project Managers and Design Managers with an architectural background who consider themselves to be great communicators, tech savvy and have strong Excel skills to ‘hit the ground running’ with confidence; and any Deltek experience would provide to be a great advantage.
The initial contract will run for at least 6 months with possible extensions and this client is based in Southwest London offering a potential hybrid option of working 1 day from home after working 5 days per week for 1 month, and 35-40 hours per week depending on the workload.
Please note that this position is very urgent and therefore White Space Recruitment can only consider Project Managers who are either immediately available or can start within a few weeks.
This is a PAYE contract paid through White Space Recruitment payroll £40-£50/hour DoE.
