Having successfully placed a Senior Architect with this client they're now actively looking to recruit their next talented colleague.
Established and reputable central Sheffield based practice is looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist/Technician ASAP. Due to a steady increase in project workload they're actively seeking a talented Architectural Technologist/Technician with around 2-4 years' experience to join their 20 or so strong team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants exposure to projects at different stages of the design and delivery process.
What you'll be doing
- Working across multiple projects simultaneously - predominantly within the retail, commercial and residential sectors
- Supporting projects from concept through to delivery
- Producing technical drawings and design information
- Collaborating with colleagues, clients and consultants
- Bringing ideas to life using industry-leading software
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years' experience in an architectural technologist or technician role
- Experience working on projects at different stages of development
- Strong AutoCAD skills (essential)
- REVIT experience (desirable)
- SketchUp and/or Enscape 3D visualisation skills
- Experience using NBS and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
Working arrangements
- Based in central Sheffield
- Minimum 4 days per week in the office (due to the level)
- Full-time office-based induction and training for the first 3-4 weeks to help you hit the ground running
