We’re looking for a talented and proactive BIM Coordinator to join a leading architectural studio in London. This role offers the opportunity to support high-profile architectural teams by streamlining BIM workflows and ensuring technical excellence in Revit-based delivery. You’ll be a key member of the studio’s digital design support structure, working closely with project teams and the wider BIM leadership to drive best practice, compliance, and innovation in all things BIM.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Project Support & Leadership
- Support architects on live projects with BIM tools (primarily Revit)
- Liaise with BIM Managers and feed back into overall BIM strategy
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project BIM protocols
- Assist in creating BEPs, MPDTs, and TIDPs
- Provide in-house training and troubleshoot technical issues
- Coordinate and lead BIM-specific meetings and reviews
- Maintain high standards for model QA, validation, and coordination
- Support with COBie data delivery and model outputs
- Manage internal and supply chain BIM model setup and development
Skills & Experience Required:
- Advanced Revit skills, including experience with templates, families, and plugins
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and reporting
- Familiarity with BIM360 / ACC workflows (Docs & Design)
- Exposure to COBie data preparation and delivery
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and documentation, particularly ISO 19650
- Experience working on medium to large-scale architectural projects
- Knowledge of volume and clash avoidance strategies, issue management, and multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, Structural)
