Senior Interior Designer – Super Luxury Hospitality & Residential
We helping a small, highly regarded interior design studio based in Central London, specialising in ultra-luxury hotels, private residences, and exceptional bespoke environments across the globe.
We are seeking a talented Senior/ Associate Interior Designer to join the team with strong concept-to-delivery experience and a refined design sensibility to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work on beautifully crafted international projects with a collaborative and design-led studio. Creativity is key.
The Role
You will lead and contribute across all stages of high-end hospitality and residential projects, from concept development through to detailed design and delivery. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creativity with strong technical capability and confidence managing complex luxury interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead luxury hospitality and residential projects from concept through completion
- Develop high-quality design concepts, presentations, and client materials
- Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages and specifications
- Work closely with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors internationally
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits where required
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards
Requirements
- Significant experience within high-end hospitality and/or luxury residential interiors
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating refined contemporary luxury design
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
- Revit knowledge is essential
- Excellent space planning, FF&E, and material specification skillsExperience working on international projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident working in a small, collaborative studio environment
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
