Associate Director, Residential Delivery | London | Revit Required.
An established London architecture studio is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed‑use schemes.
This is a senior technical and delivery-focused role, leading projects from RIBA Stages 3‑5, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractor coordination through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex residential‑led projects through technical design and construction
- Manage programme, resources, information release and project coordination
- Lead contractor coordination, RFIs, technical reviews and site‑stage services
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and QA standards
- Mentor and lead architectural teams across technical delivery and Revit workflows
- Contribute to studio leadership, recruitment and client relationship management
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large UK residential or mixed‑use schemes
- Strong technical and construction‑stage knowledge
- Excellent coordination and team leadership skills
- Experience working within contractor‑led delivery environments preferred
