An established London architecture studio is looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead the delivery of large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. This is a senior technical and delivery-focused role, leading projects from RIBA Stages 3-5, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractor coordination through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of complex residential-led projects through technical design and construction
  • Manage programme, resources, information release and project coordination
  • Oversee design integration across architecture, structure, MEP, façade and fire consultants
  • Lead contractor coordination, RFIs, technical reviews and site-stage services
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act and QA standards
  • Mentor and lead architectural teams across technical delivery and Revit workflows
  • Contribute to studio leadership, recruitment and client relationship management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering large UK residential or mixed-use schemes
  • Strong technical and construction-stage knowledge
  • Excellent coordination and team leadership skills
  • Revit proficiency essential
  • Experience working within contractor-led delivery environments preferred
