This global multi-disciplinary engineering practice delivers elegant, sustainable, and transformative spaces to the built environment. They are urgently seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with proven in-practice Revit skills to support Laboratory design projects, initially for 6 months with likely extensions.

This client offers a collaborative relaxed environment with hybrid working and exposure to large diverse project teams where management are fully involved on all projects, there is no hierarchy, and everyone has a voice.

The successful Architectural Technician will be required for production design stages (RIBA 0-2), space planning, layout planning, preparing models and/or content for BIM Coordination meetings whilst working on complex Pharmaceutical, Speculative Commercial, Science & Research or University Laboratory projects, often involving complex MEP and Building Structures.

Architectural Technicians applying must have good skills in Revit, and ideally Navisworks or BIM knowledge gained whilst working on other similar complex building projects within Labs, Healthcare, Industrial or Data Centres.

Please note that this position is urgent and therefore we can only consider Architectural Technicians who are either immediately available or have a notice period of 1-2 weeks.

This client is offering a PAYE hourly rate contract through White Space, hybrid working 3 days in their W1 London office and 2 days from home, and 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. £25.00 - £35.00 Per Hour DoE PAYE.
