This boutique architectural design practice known for delivering exceptionally cool and complex high-end residential schemes are growing again and have exclusively appointed White Space Recruitment to find experienced Part II Architectural Assistants (looking for a place to gain their Part 3), and Architects who are enthusiastic and hungry to gain more exposure in the full design and build lifecycle working on all RIBA stages.
Working full time from their purpose built open plan studio in central Warwickshire which is growing with staff year-on-year, successful experienced Part II Architectural Assistants and Architects will be joining an established inspiring team where the USP is simply: “We are an innovative learning practice different from the rest; we are truly collaborative and like to cultivate, nurture, support and develop our staff by offering a creative environment where people simply don’t want to leave once they have joined. Our Assistants, Architects and Associates gain full project exposure from initial planning, concept design, contract negotiations and client engagement, right through to driving the build process onsite”.
Typical projects include single high-end new build residential dwellings ranging £3M-12M, small exclusive housing developments, large bespoke extensions or conversions sometimes involving listed buildings or heritage works, commercial offices and community focused education/leisure/sports facilities. Most projects are often very complex in nature either because they are within a greenbelt / conservation area facing lots of restrictions, have difficult site access, or because the design is really pushing the boundaries.
White Space is looking for experienced Part II Architectural Assistants and Architects with the energy, flexibility, and genuine desire to build additional skills from working in a collaborative environment whilst getting stuck in wherever needed.
Part II Architectural Assistants and Architects applying should have proven experience of working on most RIBA stages with proficient in-practice skills in Vectorworks or AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite.
