This award-winning globally renowned Architecture, Interiors and Master Planning design practice has progressed to the technical development and fitout package delivery stages of a huge Middle Eastern mixed-use project requiring support from Package Architects and Architectural Designers with good proficiency in Revit.

With over 100 employees, this practice offers a fun, inclusive and collaborative studio environment with exposure to large diverse teams where management are fully involved on all projects, there is no hierarchy, everyone has a voice, and they follow agile methods to deliver projects.

Successful Package Architects and Architectural Designers will initially be working within a team of 5 that will be doubling in size. Tasks will include working on the technical development of design concepts, construction fitout packages and producing details from shell and core through to construction. The project is already under construction in the Middle East and is scheduled to complete by the end of 2026, therefore this is the perfect opportunity to see your work through to the end!

This huge mixed-use 24/7 leisure scheme includes Event Arenas / Venues, Retail, Hospitality, Hotels, Museum, Residential and more. Whilst this requirement is architecturally focused, naturally applicants will also need to interface with the interiors team and have a good understanding of interior fitout elements too.

Packages will cover a broad spectrum of elements such as exterior envelopes and roof structures, facades, structural elements, ancillary areas, lobbies, lifts, food courts, atrium spaces and more. Lots of design details need threading and meshing to create a complete cohesive environment and therefore understanding both exterior and interior fitout detailing elements such as wall/ceiling junctions, staircases, large structural interventions whilst incorporating different materials would be helpful.

Naturally this large and complex project demands Package Architects and Architectural Designers who are adaptable to change and can take ownership with pride, whilst working with minimum supervision; this is a fast-moving project that needs team members who can maintain consistency and ‘see the big picture’, without getting too stuck in one detail or being resistant to change.

Package Architects and Architectural Designers applying should have some design flair and 3D spatial awareness, be capable of developing designs into workable technical packages, and have proven skills in producing construction fitout technical drawings/details in Revit whilst working on other medium to large projects in a BIM environment.

The initial contact duration is 6 months with likely extensions to the end of 2026.

FTC PAYE Salary or PAYE Hourly Rate: £38K-£50K Mid-Level & £50K-£62K Senior-Level.

Hybrid working typically 3 days in their East Central London office and 2 days from home, 37.5 - 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday.
