Architect

This award winning global architectural and interiors practice offering a bespoke design service to a range of high-end sectors including hospitality, residential and commercial, is urgently seeking an experienced Architect with good UK building regs knowledge and ArchiCAD skills for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

The successful Architect will be working on a high-end residential project requiring weekly visits to Berkshire, and weekly studio work in West London working on RIBA stages 3 & 4 alongside a Senior Associate.

Architects applying must have good ‘hands-on’ ArchiCAD skills and proven experience of working on technical construction drawing/detailing stages, coupled with site experience. Although there is a preference to having previous residential experience or high-end interiors knowledge, this client is open minded to consider applicants from other market sectors with similar relevant experience.

Please note that this client will only accept applications from Architects with UK experience who are immediately available or can start within 1-2 weeks ideally.

Although a Fixed Term Contract on the client payroll, they may consider an hourly rate model also. 37.5 hours per week with flexi start and finish times, site and studio based only with no home working.

£40,000 – £50,000 Pro-Rata depending on experience and seniority
