BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager - Hybrid from London or Manchester
White Space Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a niche client who specialise in designing and building immersive and experiential environments within large-scale complex leisure and hospitality schemes. We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager with an understanding of Revit and architectural RIBA stages to implement workflows, process and structure, initially on a contract with likely extensions well into 2027.
These projects incorporate large permanent structural installations and/or sets incorporating theatrical immersive and interactive technology typically found within theme parks, visitor attractions, exhibition spaces, modern museums, and many other public spaces. Think Vegas, Harry Potter World, or the Imperial War Museum, The Science Museum etc.
The successful BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager will be the central point of contact in managing and coordinating the information input/output of all BIM modellers, design, fabrication, and engineering teams.
BIM Coordinators or BIM Managers applying will be expected to implement processes, procedures and standards which might include Revit workflows, file management, naming conventions, model setup, sheets, and views.
BIM Coordinators or BIM Managers should consider themselves to be proactive go-getters capable of pulling information from various systems and handling information requests from multiple design and fabrication teams, someone with good people skills able to engage with stakeholders effectively.

This client is offering hybrid working from London or Manchester as a PAYE employee on White Space Recruitment payroll, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
