We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator with a strong track record and excellent communication and negotiating skills.

The successful candidate should be able to work under pressure and, above all, to be driven and want to be part of a successful lettings department.

Experience with Reapit or similar estate agency package preferred.

Driving licence essential. 1.

Answering all manner of telephone and email enquiries2.

Full registering and qualifying of applicants3.

Matching out and phoning out all available properties to book viewings4.

Carrying out property viewings5.

Negotiating applications of tenancy with landlords and tenants6.

Ability to listen and process information accurately including providing viewing feedback and market conditions updates to landlords.7.

Writing accurate and informative property details8.

First class photography9.

Working closely with the Branch Manager to stay informed about upcoming properties.10.

Liaison with the administration and property management teams11.

Monitor the general lettings market and competitors properties.
