White Rose Property Maintenance Ltd is a high-volume, fast-paced property maintenance company working with landlords, letting agents and private clients across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced Property Maintenance Coordinator to help run our busy office operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a pressured environment and is comfortable handling a constant flow of phone calls, emails and job requests throughout the day.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our maintenance operations, acting as the main point of contact between clients, tenants and engineers. You will manage our dispatch software, schedule works, and ensure jobs are logged, tracked and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Managing a busy email inbox and responding promptly
- Logging, scheduling and dispatching jobs using our internal system
- Running daily operations of the job management software
- Coordinating engineers' diaries across multiple trades
- Raising, tracking and chasing quotations
- Monitoring live jobs and chasing progress updates
- Keeping clients informed throughout the process
- Managing follow-on works and remedial repairs
- Maintaining accurate job records and notes
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy property maintenance office
- Strong knowledge of property repairs and maintenance
- Confident using dispatch / job management systems
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional telephone manner and strong email communication
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
