About the role
White Rose Education is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative support for warehouse operations. The role supports stock control, international shipments, documentation, and day‑to‑day picking and packing. You will also act as the point of contact for Customer Care and Schools Partnerships teams and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy
- Facilitate international shipments – from arranging transport to receiving proof of delivery
- Prepare and manage required documentation for orders and shipments
- Serve as the liaison between the warehouse and Customer Care/Schools Partnerships
- Support day‑to‑day warehouse activities such as picking and packing
