You will help support White Rose Education's vision of empowering educators, enhancing student outcomes and expanding our reach and impact globally.
As the Marketing & Campaigns Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering marketing and communications activity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, PR and events. You will ensure messaging is clear, consistent and teacher-focused, while managing multiple projects and stakeholders across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role combining strategic oversight with day-to-day delivery. You will also take the lead on key events, PR activity, internal communications, website content and agency management, helping to strengthen our brand and deepen our engagement with schools and partners.
Requirements
The purpose of the role is to lead the planning and delivery of marketing and communications activity, ensuring it reflects our values, supports schools and strengthens relationships across the sector. This requires someone highly organised, confident managing multiple projects, and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Management of the marketing campaign plan.
- Develop, manage and deliver the annual marketing campaign plan aligned to organisational priorities.
- Coordinate campaign activity across digital, email, social, PR and events.
- Monitor performance and provide clear reporting on impact, engagement and outcomes.
- Ensure messaging remains consistent, teacher-focused and research-informed.
- Manage marketing requests from the wider business and balance these with other responsibilities and priorities.
- Lead the planning and delivery of key White Rose Education events.
- Coordinate logistics, messaging, materials and on-the-day delivery.
- Evaluate event impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and oversee PR activity to raise awareness of White Rose Education's work.
- Draft and oversee press releases, statements and leadership communications.
- Lead internal communications to ensure colleagues are informed, aligned and engaged.
- Oversee website content planning and updates.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing and PR agencies.
- Monitor budgets and ensure value for money.

Essential:
- Proven experience in a marketing and campaign management role.
