Role:
We are looking for an organised, professional and welcoming individual to be the first point of contact for our academy community. In this varied and rewarding role, you will deliver a high-quality reception and administrative service, ensuring every visitor, parent and colleague receives a warm and efficient experience. Alongside your front of house responsibilities, you will provide a confidential and dedicated Personal Assistant service to the Principal, Academy Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team. From managing diaries and coordinating daily tasks to supporting key operational functions, you will play a vital part in keeping the academy running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving primary academy within the White Rose Academies Trust and directly contribute to the success of our pupils. About the Trust:
The trust currently employs over 500 members of staff and is responsible for educating and developing almost 4,000 students between the ages of 3 to 16. The Trust consists of three secondary schools and our primary school. We believe the trust is a highly desirable place of work for an ambitious professional, who will be joining one of the most supportive and talented teams in the country.
