What Success Looks Like (Non Negotiable):
- Stabilize and Elevate Leadership

What You Bring:
- We are looking for an experienced GM, not someone ready for their first shot.
- 3+ years running a full dealership within an OEM dealer environment
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Valid VSA license and in good standing with the VSA
- Strong financial acumen (budgets, gross, cost control, P&L ownership)
- Deep understanding of variable and fixed operations
- Strong decision making, including tough people decisions
- Clear, direct communicator with executive presence
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $150,000—$400,000 per year

- Set and drive performance targets across all departments
- Oversee dealership operations end to end
