Location – Derby

Vacancy Type – Permanent

Shifts – Monday to Friday with on-call weekends, 08:30 – 17:30 (can be flexible)

Salary – Dependant on experience + Uncapped commission

Interaction Recruitment are looking to hire an On-site Recruitment Account Consultant, based in the Derby area. The successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment and management of HGV1 Drivers for our client.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled
  • Sourcing, screening and registering candidates
  • Regular meetings with our client's stakeholders to obtain requirements
  • Workforce management
  • Compliance and payroll
  • Ensure that the workforce adhere to driving regulations

Please note, some travel will be required between client sites, a full UK driving licence will therefore be required.
