Interaction Recruitment are looking to hire an On-site Recruitment Account Consultant, based in the Derby area. The successful applicant will be responsible for the recruitment and management of HGV1 Drivers for our client.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that operational staffing requirements are fulfilled
- Sourcing, screening and registering candidates
- Regular meetings with our client's stakeholders to obtain requirements
- Workforce management
- Compliance and payroll
- Ensure that the workforce adhere to driving regulations
Please note, some travel will be required between client sites, a full UK driving licence will therefore be required.
