Working onsite for 6 weeks (Rotherham) Moving to Home Based Afterwards

Must live in South Yorkshire

Role Profile:

Contract: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £11.44ph – Paid Weekly

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday fully flexible between 7:45am – 7:45pm;

Paid Training: Full time training 9am – 5pm

Start Date – 8th April

Role Overview:

We are looking for confident, energetic individuals for a Customer Service role in the South Yorkshire area. This role involves taking inbound Customer Service calls; no Sales!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for engaging with customers, providing support with various queries & ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner, whilst promoting a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner
2. Listen to the customers\’ needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries
3. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services the company provides
4. Ensure all administration is completed accurately

Customer Service Experience is required for this position.
