Position: LGV Class 1 Yard Shunter
Location: Derby (DE65 6PR)
Shifts: Fixed shifts Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 00:00
Rates: £18.11 per hour (PAYE), overtime up to £33.06/hr
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available – Afternoons

The Role
Primarily responsible for moving trailers using a TUG tractor unit to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Requirements
- A valid LGV Class 1 (Category C+E) license with at least 12 months\’ recent driving experience
- A valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- A clean license or no more than 6 penalty points
Pay Rates & Overtime
- £18.11 p/h (PAYE)
- Overtime 1 (OT1): Time and a Half – £24.80, applicable for shifts over 9 hours and on Saturdays
- Overtime 2 (OT2): Double Time – £33.06, applicable on Sundays and Bank Holidays
