Overview
White Red Architects – Shoreditch, London. Hybrid schedule, working 1–2 days a week in the studio.
We are an architecture and interiors practice of around 30 people based in Shoreditch. We work for landlords, businesses, and institutional investors, repositioning and refurbishing office buildings across central London. Our most recent completed project is Film House, a 97,000 sq ft wellness‑led retrofit of an Art‑Deco building in Soho, delivered for Hines.
Responsibilities
Run our content engine, with video at the centre. This includes
Production: manage the in‑house videographer and editor, own the shoot schedule, keep edits moving, and ensure content completes. While editing is not required, familiarity helps. Manage priorities and deliver projects on time.
Strategy: work directly with the founder as a thinking partner to shape how we market the practice, mainly on LinkedIn. Define what we produce, target audience, angles for each project, and integrate a coherent calendar.
Expectations: organised enough to run a production schedule and opinionated enough about marketing to advise positioning.
Who you probably are
A marketing manager or content producer, likely ex‑agency, now working part‑time by choice. Passionate about marketing, with a clear view on what makes B2B content work. Your LinkedIn profile should reflect that expertise.
This is not a coordinator or junior role.
Practical details
Start with 1–2 days a week, with room to grow. Salary £60–70 k full‑time equivalent, pro rata to your days. Based at the Shoreditch studio, flexible on how the days are split.
To apply
Send a brief note about yourself, link to your LinkedIn or portfolio, and answer one question: what marketing idea or thinker changed how you work, and how have you applied it?
No cover letters.
