We are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to join our team based in Shoreditch. The Office Assistant will work alongside the Studio Manager, providing support to the Directors and team, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and being the first point of contact for guests and visitors. This role is initially on a 3-month fixed-term basis but may be extended. Working Hours: Part Time (22.5 Hours per week – negotiable) Monday – Friday 08:30 – 13:00 Key Responsibilities: Administrative support to the team Provide general support to the Studio Manager and Directors Liaison with the building manager and our suppliers (Cleaners, Utilities, Rental agreements, Printers, IT Consultants) Distributing post and deliveries Reception duties including meeting/greeting guests and preparing drinks Organising lunches for team CPDs and meetings Support with the organisation of events (team and client) Supporting Studio Manager with new starter inductions and set up Occasional Diary management to include scheduling meetings and arranging travel Ordering supplies (stationery/cleaning/refreshments) Keeping the kitchen and studio tidy, unloading the dishwasher, replenishing the coffee machine, watering plants, maintaining the sample area, etc. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience is preferred but not esse…
