Are you an experienced Retail Media, Campaign Operations or FMCG professional looking for an opportunity to help build and operate a new Retail Media capability? This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, successful, family-owned multinational organisation and play a key role in establishing a high-performing Retail Media operation across depots and stores.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time, while providing suppliers with an excellent experience and helping to build the operational foundations for a growing media business.

The opportunity:

As Retail Media Operations Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of campaign delivery, coordinating activity across digital screens and physical retail environments. You’ll work closely with suppliers, internal teams, IT and support functions to ensure campaigns run smoothly, media assets are optimised and any operational issues are resolved quickly.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of Retail Media campaigns
  • Scheduling campaigns and managing the CMS
  • Coordinating artwork approvals and ensuring campaign compliance
  • Managing digital screen scheduling and campaign deployment
  • Coordinating installations and managing media asset inventory
  • Monitoring the Retail Media network and resolving operational issues
  • Working closely with IT, Helpdesk and support teams
  • Providing suppliers with campaign updates and delivery reporting
  • Producing performance dashboards and campaign reports
  • Tracking ROAS, screen utilisation and campaign performance
  • Managing SLAs and ensuring delivery standards are consistently met
  • Identifying operational improvements and supporting the growth of the media operation

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and results-driven professional with experience in Retail Media, campaign operations or a related environment. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Grocery or FMCG experience would be advantageous
  • Strong operational and programme management skills
  • A data-driven approach to decision making
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
