We're recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager for a leading food service business in Uxbridge.
Food warehouse experience is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven background managing warehouse operations within food service, food distribution or FMCG, who can quickly take control of a busy operation and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Lead, motivate and develop warehouse teams
- Drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement
- Ensure food safety, health & safety and compliance standards are met
- Work closely with transport and operations to deliver excellent service
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Warehouse Management experience in a food warehouse environment (essential)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and warehouse compliance
- A hands-on approach with the ability to perform in a fast-paced operation
