We are seeking a bright, curious and proactive graduate to join a specialist operational team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain exposure to end‑to‑end freight operations, compliance, and customer coordination within a high‑performing and supportive environment.

You will work within the operational team supporting the movement of international cargo, with full training provided. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists)
  • Supporting export/import compliance and customs requirements
  • Assisting with container bookings and shipment coordination
  • Monitoring schedules, cut‑offs and cargo movements
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, shipping lines and hauliers
  • Supporting issue resolution and process improvements

No industry experience required – just a genuine interest in logistics and operations.

Strong communication and organisation skills.
