We are seeking an experienced Exports Logistics Executive to manage export operations across airfreight and seafreight. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, completing export and customs documentation, and liaising with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure shipments are handled accurately, compliantly, and on time.

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 – Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers, hauliers, carriers, and overseas agents
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines and air carriers
- Coordinate collections, ensuring vessel and flight deadlines are met
- Complete customs entries accurately and in line with regulations
- Prepare export documentation and cargo manifests
- Liaise with warehouses to confirm screening and check-weighing have been completed
- Finalise and verify all export documentation
- Monitor shipments to ensure vessels and flights are met
- Raise invoices and issue pre-alerts to overseas agents
- Follow up post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
Key Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in export operations, covering both airfreight and/or seafreight
- Proven experience completing export documentation, including checking country-specific requirements and raising Certificates of Origin where required
- Experience completing customs declarations
- Working knowledge of CNS and Destin8; experience using MultiFreight forwarding software is desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong, dynamic team player
- Excellent English and Maths skills
