My client is offering a fantastic package for a Technical Assessor to join their team based in Southampton. Candidates with a background in Chemistry or have worked as a Technical Assessor, Site Chemist, Mobile Chemist or Analyst are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Assess enquiries and ensure all required documentation and samples are accurate and complete.
- Recommend disposal routes while ensuring compliance with permits, licenses, and regulation.
- Coordinate sample analysis and manage waste acceptance processes.
- Optimise work flows and ensure regulatory compliance with the Sales and Operations Teams.
- Address non-compliance issues, manage pricing.
- Support administrative tasks such as invoicing and transport bookings and routing.
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Certificated of Education in Chemistry, Environmental Science or similar, is essential.
- Previous experience working in the waste management industry would be beneficial.
- Excellent experience in Customer Service.
- You must be based in the UK and have indefinite leave to remain.
