Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on HVAC, close control, chilled water, and precision cooling systems.
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical faults across customer sites.
  • Attend emergency breakdowns and reactive service call-outs within agreed response times.
  • Commission and test new cooling equipment and system upgrades where required.
  • Complete service documentation, commissioning sheets, and technical reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high standards of technical support and service.
  • Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations and health & safety procedures.

What You’ll Need:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification.
  • Strong fault-finding experience across refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Experience working on close control, chilled water, DX, or precision cooling systems.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
