We are a highly established award-winning freight & logistics provider and are now seeking a freight coordinator, dealing with deep sea and air freight import operations based from our Southampton offices. The Role
Working as our new Freight Coordinator you will have experience of deep sea imports knowledge of this industry with an aim of helping to support a small team to reach its goals in a timely and professional manner. The role will cover all modes of freight, dealing with imports as well as exports operations for sea and air shipments. You will be responsible for completing various admin tasks, liaising with overseas agents and shipping lines, to create bookings and complete all relevant documentation.
The Requirements
- Knowledge of sea freight operations
- Knowledge of customs clearance
- Must be able to work in a team
- Experience on CNS / MCP / Cargowise 1 / Sequoia would be an advantage but not essential
