My client is looking for a Mobile Hose Technician to join their growing team. This is a field-based role where you will attend customer sites to diagnose, repair, and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings on a wide range of machinery and equipment. This role involves travelling to customer locations including construction sites, factories, farms, and industrial facilities to provide fast and effective hose repair solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Attend customer sites to diagnose and replace hydraulic hoses
  • Manufacture and fit hydraulic hose assemblies
  • Provide emergency breakdown support for hydraulic systems
  • Identify and supply correct hoses, fittings, and components
  • Maintain van stock and ensure tools/equipment are organised
  • Deliver excellent customer service on-site
  • Complete job reports and documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Mechanical or hydraulic experience preferred
  • Experience with hydraulic hoses, fittings, and fluid power systems advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a mobile, field-based environment
  • Previous experience as a Hydraulic Hose Technician / Mobile Service Engineer
