An established HVAC business is looking to appoint a Refrigeration Service Engineer to support its London operation. The role involves service, maintenance and reactive repair across a broad range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment within retail, commercial and industrial environments. Engineers will work on systems including integral and remote cabinets, coldstore evaporators, condensing units, refrigeration packs, remote condensers and air conditioning equipment, covering refrigerants including DX, hydrocarbon and CO² systems. This is a mobile service role suited to an engineer with strong fault‑finding capability and experience within commercial refrigeration environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience within commercial/supermarket refrigeration
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working on integral and remote refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of condensing units, packs, evaporators and remote condensers
- Experience with DX refrigerants, hydrocarbon and CO² systems advantageous
- F‑Gas certification essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
