The Role
You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end European Road Import and Export shipments, ensuring customers receive a first-class service from collection through to final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate European road freight import and export shipments.
- Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements.
- Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams.
- Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation.
- Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations.
What We\'re Looking For
- Previous experience within European Road Freight.
- Import and Export experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
- Customs knowledge would be advantageous.
