Overview
As a Refrigeration Engineer you will service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration systems across the Manchester area. You will work within the engineering team of a growing HVAC contractor and handle breakdowns, planned maintenance, and equipment like cold rooms and display cases. Your role supports high standards of customer service while ensuring system reliability and compliance. Responsibilities
- Service and maintain commercial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration and electrical faults
- Attend reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance visits
- Work on cold rooms, display refrigeration and associated equipment
- Complete service reports and maintain high customer service standards
Key requirements
- Commercial refrigeration service experience
- Strong refrigeration and electrical fault-finding skills
- F-Gas Category 1 Certification
- Experience with a range of commercial refrigeration equipment
- Full UK driving licence
