We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established global manufacturer of critical power and energy resilience solutions.
The role:
- Service, repair and commission UPS and power protection equipment
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
- Complete battery replacements and electrical fault-finding
- Provide technical support to customers
- Complete service reports and associated documentation
- Participate in the on-call rota
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in an electrical discipline is essential
- Previous UPS or critical power experience preferred
- Strong electrical or electronic engineering experience
- Customer-facing field service experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to cover London, the South East and up to Oxford
Package:
- Circa 45,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus of approximately 2,250
- Around 2,000 per year for participating in the on-call rota
- Company car, typically a BMW 3 Series or similar
- Food and hotel expenses paid in full where applicable
