Salary: DOE – annual bonus and overtime pay
Location: Leeds, Morley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week – alternate shifts: 7am-4:00pm and 9am-6:00pm
Responsible for loading and unloading vehicles and performing general warehouse duties to maintain efficient operations. This includes picking and packing products, as well as completing all administrative activities related to goods in and out. Joining an existing team of 1 warehouse supervisor and 3 warehouse operatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Forklift truck licence (counterbalance / reach).
- First aid qualification / certification preferred but not essential.
- Previous warehouse / logistics experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load / unload domestic & international vehicles.
- Pick, pack, and store goods efficiently.
- Complete delivery / dispatch paperwork and stock checks.
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance / reach) & handle goods safely.
- Keep warehouse, yard, and office areas clean and safe.
- Support basic site checks, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Work with drivers and office staff to resolve delivery issues.
Benefits:
- Weekly alternate shifts: 7:00am – 4:00pm, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate.
- Occasional Saturday morning work (paid as overtime).
- Christmas bonus (discretionary).
- 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 with service) plus bank holidays.
