We’re recruiting for a Courier Coordinator to join a busy freight & logistics operation, managing domestic and international courier shipments from booking through to delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone with courier, logistics, freight forwarding, transport or coordination experience who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Book domestic and international shipments with courier providers
- Arrange collections and deliveries
- Produce shipping labels and customs documentation
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Provide customers with delivery updates
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams on urgent shipments
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time
