The Role
- You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Air Export shipments, with a key focus on urgent and time-sensitive movements.
- You will ensure shipments are handled efficiently, deadlines are met and customers receive regular updates throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Air Export shipments, including time-critical movements.
- Arrange airline bookings and monitor shipment progress.
- Liaise with airlines, customers, overseas offices and hauliers.
- Prepare export documentation including MAWBs, HAWBs and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all export requirements.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, costing and invoicing.
Requirements
- Previous Air Export Freight Forwarding experience is essential.
- Experience handling time-critical or urgent shipments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of air freight procedures and export documentation.
