Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on commercial heat pump systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults across a range of heating and cooling equipment
- Commission new commercial heat pump installations and system upgrades
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding system performance and efficiency improvements
- Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with F‑Gas regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety requirements

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience working on commercial heat pump systems
- Strong fault‑finding skills across refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
- F‑Gas qualification
- Experience commissioning and servicing commercial heating and cooling equipment
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent customer‑facing and communication skills
