We are seeking an experienced Night Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate night-time activities across transport, warehouse, and administration functions for a busy UK haulage operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the night shift, driving service performance while maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage night operations across transport, warehouse, and admin teams
- Ensure effective vehicle routing, dispatch, and on-time delivery performance
- Oversee warehouse throughput, loading accuracy, and operational flow
- Monitor compliance with UK transport regulations and company procedures
