Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 per annum

Location: Feltham, London, UK

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

My client is looking for someone with previous experience in Freight Forwarding for the Fine Art and Luxury Goods Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Road, Air and Sea Freight Forwarding operations, start-to-finish.
  • Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
  • Supplier and client liaison and negotiation.
  • Speaking daily with Museums, Galleries, Auction Houses and Private Collectors.
  • Arranging Collections and Deliveries of Fragile and Luxury Goods.
  • Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information.
  • Managing the jobs from quotation stage to final invoicing in line with the client expectations and communicating effectively any service issues.
  • Proactively contacting the existing clients to maximise business potential.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working for a UK based Logistics Company.
  • Experience with Air Freight, Sea Freight or Road Freight Forwarding Operations is essential.
  • Experience with Customs Processing and HMRC Regulation.
  • Previous experience within the Fine Art Industry is desirable, but not essential.
