About the RoleYou will be responsible for: Installing and commissioning complex capital equipment at client sites nationwide.
Performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Providing hands-on technical support and training to customers.
Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Accurately documenting service activities and maintaining reports.
Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to support product improvements.
What We're Looking ForA strong background in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Previous experience in capital equipment service or similar field-based engineering roles.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel internationally, often at short notice.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. A genuine enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies.
