  • Gathering import and export documents and executing customs entries.

  • Speak with customers, handling any requests and questions.

  • Liaise with Transport companies, shipping lines, and organising deliveries.

  • Liaise with 3PL suppliers and warehousing.

  • Be an integral part of the Road Freight Team and support the Account Management with day-to-day operations.

  • Keen to learn and start your career in logistics.

  • Excellent telephone manner, customer service and attention to detail.

  • Good verbal and written communication.

  • Previous exposure to the logistics and supply chain industry advantageous, but not essential.

Salary: circa. 25,000pa (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00am-5:30pm
